Related to improvement security system by GA system provider which happened recently, “Reservation Only” role for Altea users are being impacted. Therefore, “Reservation Only” role is not working properly. To prevent more users with “Reservation Only” role being impacted, please be inform that start from 3 Jan 2017, GA decided to hold all new User ID request with “Reservation Only” role until further notice. GA will start process all those request once the problem has been solved. Since this improvement security system gave no impact to “Reservation and Ticketing” role, GA will process new user ID request with this role as usual.
GA together with our system provider are doing our best to solve this problem as soon as possible. Kindly need your understanding.
