Welcome to Garuda Indonesia New PSS Implementation Project

Passenger Service System (PSS) is one of the core systems in an airline. PSS is a system that is used to serve passengers that involves sales on reservation, ticketing, until check-in at the airport. PSS system is also used for flight scheduling, inventory, seat allocation, fare and pricing management, baggage management, and Interline codeshare management, as well as other services.


Garuda Indonesia will migrate the Reservation, Inventory, and Ticketing system to a new passenger service system (PSS) "Garuda Altea" by June 29, 2013 . The new and enhanced technology will replace "ARGA", an in-house system that has been in place for more than 25 years. New PSS is provided by Amadeus, a leading technology partner for the global travel industry. The majority of the Sky Team alliance already uses the Amadeus System and Garuda will join the SkyTeam in early 2014. New PSS will ensure that Garuda Indonesia can continue to meet passengers' evolving needs in the future.


In this regard, it is important we all can jointly support the implementation of New PSS system implementation process properly and smoothly, so that Garuda Indonesia can continue to improve the quality as Indonesian Flag Carrier and ready to become a global player. Let's transform to excellence!
